About Us

A warm welcome to Park Lane Flowers. We are a small but steadily growing family business established in 2020 from our garden initially as a hobby. We successfully grew many gorgeous blooms, and we have continued from there with our new found passion. Since starting to grow cut flowers we have moved to Manor Farm Cottage, the new HQ of Park Lane Flowers which is where I lived with my parents for a short time before moving to Manor Farm at field away. Grannie Edge created a magnificent cottage garden which we are steadily returning to its former glory, and just a hop over the fence into the field is our cutting garden.  Park Lane is where my love of farm life, of growing and nurturing began. After 15 years in Secondary Science Education I’m now back and in my element, wellies on, hands in soil, growing buckets and buckets of seasonal scented beauties along side my teaching.

This is not a solo affair, we are truly a family business. With everyone playing their role throughout the growing period. Whether it’s helping to cut stems into cool water in the early hours, water, weed or deliver. It’s all hands on deck! Together we carefully nurture our beautiful, wild, romantic blooms for all occasions.

Our flowers are strictly seasonal, and we create all our floral arrangements from blooms cut fresh from the field, foraged across the farm or from other local British growers. Artificial chemicals are avoided on our flower crops, and we don’t use preservatives to prolong vase life once cut. Our focus is growing in a sustainable way to promote insect and microbial soil life. Having a background in farming we are constantly looking at techniques to improve the life within our soil, so in return it gives us beautiful blooms. In terms of insects the buzz from the flower field is incredible through the spring and summer months. Pure joy to listen to and observe!

Hope to hear from you soon,
